Mechanical Engineer

Objectives

I am currently studying in the Mechanical Engineering Department of Polytech’Lille, a well-known French Graduate Engineering school, belonging to the University of Sciences and technology of Lille, in the north of France.

After obtaining my A’ levels, specialising in Sciences Mathematics, Physics and Biology, I carried out intensive undergraduate studies for 2 years in order to prepare the competitive exams for admission to the French “Grandes Ecoles”.

Now, in the mechanical design department of the graduate engineering school Polytech’Lille, I follow courses such as aerodynamics, fluid mechanics, design, modelling and application of mechanical systems… many fields I like very much.

I am a hard working and open minded person, but above all, I really enjoy devoting myself to associative life and new experiences

I went in Sweden, like ERASMUS student, for 6 months (fall semester of 2007) where I studied mechanical but most of all, product development.

I'm looking for a job out of France to improve my english. I would like to work in production, logistic or maintenace.

Should you require any further information, do not hesitate to contact me. I thank you in advance and I am looking forward to hearing from you.

I did my “end of studies” project in Sweden too; it was about Hydraulic flow pulsations and line dynamics.

During my studies in France I worked on projects about:
  • Development and conception of an electrophoresis cistern for a laboratory (250H)
  • Specials machines with linear engines (100H)

Placements:

- From January to July 2008 (6 months). Engineer training placement at S.I. Lesaffre. This international firm is the leader in the dehydrated yeast sector. My job involves creating a new production line. I have to define the production line characteristics, find suppliers, create and check the planning, link the departments…
